Non-notable political candidate and former State Department staffer. He's gotten plenty of news coverage, but it mostly seems to be routine campaign coverage from local news outlets. The only national outlet is Politico and they only give him brief mentions. Outside of that, I don't see the argument that he meets WP:GNG.
