As a fan of the series, this was an enjoyable adaptation. Some things I disliked or disagreed with and other things I thought they did really well. Season 1 has the task of adapting the first few volumes of the manga which I find a tad bit more boring, but still important to the development. This season does contain some of my favorite scenes from the series as well, but they were definitely more enjoyable in the manga. Excited for season 2.

This was a let down and I had my hopes low. Suicide Squad series where there's no consequences or stakes on the line. Thought more DC villains would be used in a fantasy setting.
