For me it triggered from the get go. Get Amanda to punish you by making u sleep in the guest room the Saturday before. Maybe that will help.

Can someone please help a little with the console commands? How to play some with the characters assertiveness, lordliness, openness, playfulness, obedience.......?
Where are all these attributes hidden? Overall the game seems to be very grindy or I am doing something wrong?!

Well, somewhat. The game is grindy by design. The hole point behind it is for the player to notice the gradual changes and shift in dynamics. Like how a certain action goes from being surprising to normal to even expected by the characters in the game. This slow burn pace is what sets this game apart from others with the same theme.

As far as console commands go, I don't think u can do to much by manipulating the SugarCube code using the console. That is also by design as a "developer mode" is one of the benefits for those with paid subscription to the dev's Patreon.

Using the browsers dev console you can view and edit the attributes. They start with:
SugarCube.State.active.variables

Obviously you can break the game doing this if you don't know what you are doing.

Honestly, I never have the feeling something is really progressing and I never know if I just need to grind more or is this just the actual state of the game......that's why I want to see by console commands what is going on.

Normally I find my way arround the commands, but in this game I have trouble to find the attributes for the characters at all.
I find a lot of event stats I can change or even some directions characters should lean to, but for the attributes you can see within the characters overview screen, I can't find anything.
