Go straight at 5:00 to understand the causes of their insecurities. Things that many fans might missed, even manga readers themselves. It contains SPOILER! ⚠
Go straight at 3:48 to understand the realistic and rational explanation of their feelings.
    Now, the questions :
Are we still victimizing one over the other?
Do we still say one is more talented than the other?
Do we sympathize with one but not the other?

@@XxDeku_butplugzxX Many people seems to get too carried away in Oikawa's POV that they pitying him so much to the point they forgot that he has many advantageous situations, such as natural talent, athletic body, etc (confirmed by Iwaizumi).
Then, in Inarizaki match, Kita said something along the line, "That those geniuses are people who have worked harder and longer than others."
Not to mention the manga has ended and we got to see Kageyama's backstory.
I connect them all and finally figured out what Furudate-sensei wants to tell us. At this point, everything makes sense. 😉
