I dunno.. I feel like I might have relied to much on SH's Twin victims to be called a good Monster Designer! Just study horrible abominations like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esO68ugSK4w . Eventually it slowly starts clicking as to what makes something scary to a majority of people.
Like human mouth's.. or babies. Maybe making something cute like puppies and making them a little unsettling.
The concept for this creature is pretty much Twin Victims and a Bag of drowned puppies!
